Most interesting experience, beautiful country especially through mountains and tea plantations. People all very friendly but very slow with service in restaurants – everything is done at Indian speed. Got used to Indian driving style – sound horn and overtake on a double-blind bend! Considering a lot of us have either never met before or only briefly, everyone is getting on brilliantly together. Absolutely fascinating experience. The sights and sounds of India have to be experienced to be believed.

Time to go – Gordon is rushing me! Looking forward to shower – it’s been a nice day and time for a beer or two!
