We thought, it being Saturday, our first night and we’ll just a bonding exercise, it would be prudent to taste the local brew, so having had our excellent meal a buffet with chicken masala, fish masala ,coleslaw rice and all things nice to,take off to the nearest bar, now one of the endearing thinks about India is the quirks the thinks that ar just India with a capital I , here is an example the Airlink casltle is a modern good quality hotel and in previous year it had a thriving bar attached, but in its wisdom the government has decided to close down all bars situated on a main highway so from thriving bar to a fresh fruit salad bar in one swipe of the legistlational pen and us having to get to the nearest bar which was 400 metres to 6 Kim’s depending who you listen to. It was in fact about 1.6 Kim’s or a mile in old money too far to walk. So taxis and tut tut 50 pence for the tut tut for three of them and £2,00 for the luxury of a taxi.
Beer, talk beer talk laugh beer beer laugh laugh talk home, a short break down of evening
We then had to get back at probably 11:00 pm and soon waved down a tut tut and a Radom gite car which already contained three youths into which four of us squeeed now 7 in a Nissan micra is good going and it was even a taxi just a Radom car stopped as we needed a lift
